I am an AT teacher and a professional musician (classical flutist in different orchestras and ensembles and flute teacher). I teach in German and English
Breathing problems while playing the flute and stage fright led me to the AT, in which I found many answers, great tools, inspirations and so much more. I decided to train as an AT teacher and qualified in 2012 at the AT school in Heidelberg with Alexander Bartmann.
Since then I have been teaching the AT mainly in my private studio to different people with different problems and questions.
In 2015 I started to teach the AT additionally at the music university in Mannheim. Here both my passions are connecting and enriching each other in a perfect way.

When the pandemic started and hands-on work was no longer allowed I found Penelope and her work to teach online, which brought my teaching, my understanding of the AT, my flute playing and my whole being to a completely new level!
I love to explore with my pupils how awareness affects movement, our sense of self and our being in the world. I am interested in helping them how to deal with stress and anxiety, how to survive in this challenging world without losing themselves, how to find more confidence in themselves, in making music and performing on stage.
Although I nowadays mainly work with musicians everybody is welcome to learn with me and explore this powerful technique.
