Sara has taught yoga and Alexander Technique full-time for more than ten years.
As yoga teacher, she focuses on providing a gradual and safe approach to dynamic yoga and pays close attention to long-term effects of asanas (yoga poses).
She built her expertise teaching ashtanga and vinyasa yoga, and Alexander Technique in her hometown (Milan, Italy). She worked with both private and corporate clients, as well as with yoga and fitness studios. She moved to New York City at the end of 2021.
She dedicates herself to the inclusivity and the sustainability of movement through both biomechanical and trauma-informed lenses.

She has completed three Yoga Alliance registered teacher trainings and several continuing education courses; Alexander Technique teacher certification ( APTA, (STAT), 1600hrs), as well as trainings in anatomy and trauma-informed educational choices. She is also certified in Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), an evidence-based clinical intervention for complex trauma or chronic, treatment-resistant PTSD. Sara has a background in data science, with experience in social research and a specialization in sociology of health and non-conventional medicine.
Sara teaches both in person and online (live-streamed and on-demand classes), in Italian (her native language), English, and French.
