Miss Goldie was always fully present with her pupil, her voice arrived deep into your soul, the phrases never to be forgotten. Embodied speaking is crucial for real communicating, especially in the therapeutic relationship. It calms the pupil (and ourselves) creating a safe and caring space for the pupil, in which their nervous system can engage with learning.
We will explore quiet, natural breathing, coming present within our body volumes without interfering. Then find a new approach to whispered Ah, that allows us to bridge embodied speaking with relating to ourselves, our environment and to people.
