This workshop will explore restoring the true mechanics of standing and walking to your body.
Learn simple techniques to walk more easily in any situation – On the flat – Up or down stairs and hills – Over rough ground or slippery surfaces, in any heels.
Walk with confidence into a party or for public speaking or performing. All ages 16+, and all fitness levels welcome.
