Daniela is originally from Italy, now living in London. After a law degree she worked as a paralegal. She took her first lessons in the Alexander technique to help with lack of energy and grounding, which inspired her to do the three year training at the London Centre for Alexander Technique and Training (LCATT), qualifying in 2018. Since then she has taught the technique in person and online, with pupils with a wide range of problems.
As well as teaching adults and teenagers at her private practice in London, Daniela is interested in promoting the Alexander Technique in the community. She enjoys giving talks and runs regular workshops called “Are you suffering from 21st Century Posture?” She runs Mums and Babies classes, gives collaborative workshops with a yoga teacher and regular talks for therapists at the HQ Therapy centre. She works with musicians and assisted at the Royal College of Music for two years.

She is interested in different approaches to helping children learn the Alexander technique. She is a keen flute player, and works as a Kodaly teacher with North London Colourstrings, and is also a Buteyko Breathing practitioner.
In a changing world Daniela is very excited about keeping up to date with the latest new ideas and developments in the Alexander world. Learning to teach with Alexander work online was a natural progression for her work, and one which she greatly enjoys.
She lives in Hackney, London with her husband and 3 children.
